To qualify for this offer, you must: 1) be a Save Mart Reward member or a Lucky Rewards member; 2) register for the Fuel Rewards® program; and 3) successfully link your Fuel Rewards® account to your Save Mart Rewards account through Save Mart's designated linking process. Shop at participating Save Mart and Lucky stores and earn 1 point for every $1 spent on qualifying groceries, excluding taxes, fees, deposits, gift cards, lottery, tobacco products, alcohol (where prohibited by law), pharmacy prescriptions, and other excluded items as determined by Save Mart in its sole discretion. Redeem 100 Save Mart Rewards points or Lucky Rewards points for 10 cents per gallon earnings at participating Shell station on your next fill. Save Mart points expire on the last day of the third month from the date of purchase. Points may also expire or be forfeited due to account inactivity (no qualifying purchase for 12 consecutive months), violation of program terms, suspected fraud, or as required by law. Save Mart reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any account or point balance at any time for any reason. Total earnings achievable by stacking rewards, including earned Fuel Rewards® Tier Status, Save Mart rewards and/or merchant offers. Fuel Rewards® earnings are available for redemption once posted to your Fuel Rewards® account. Rewards may take up to 24 hours to post to your Fuel Rewards® account after linking accounts. Save Mart is not responsible for any delays in posting or technical issues that may prevent timely posting of rewards. Redeem Fuel Rewards® earnings with your Fuel Rewards® card, Alt ID or linked payment card at participating Shell or other select fuel stations. Fuel Rewards® earnings are limited to 20 gallons of fuel per purchase per vehicle or fraud limits placed by Shell, and/or limits placed on your payment card by your financial institution, each of which may be lower. For purchases of $75 or more, please go inside to pay. Unbranded diesel and alternative fuels may not be eligible. Effective as of April 28, 2025, the Fuel Rewards® program is owned and operated by Shell. Save Mart is not responsible for Shell's operation of the Fuel Rewards® program, including but not limited to reward redemption, fuel pricing, station availability, or any acts or omissions by Shell or participating fuel stations. Any disputes arising from or related to this offer, or the Save Mart Rewards program shall be governed by Texas law and resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
